App Store release candidate · final iPhone QA

A small puzzle with a full-game finish
The experience pairs a one-thumb dial puzzle with the pace, feedback, rewards, and competition expected from a polished mobile release.
Large dials, clear clue language, and short attempts keep deduction—not interface decoding—at the center.
Campaign, daily, ladder, awards, and skins add reasons to return without ads or a required account.
Real-player rankings are opt-in, transparent, and removable without sacrificing local progress.
The core puzzle had to be understandable in seconds but deep enough to support a full campaign. The larger challenge was creating meaningful reasons to return—daily competition, progression, rewards, and customization—without ads, mandatory sign-in, fake opponents, or an aggressive subscription funnel.
I built the release candidate in React Native and Expo around a tactile dial interaction, short feedback loops, and a progression system that keeps the number puzzle central. Zustand manages local progress; Firebase is used only after a player opts into real-player rankings; Expo IAP supports a single Premium unlock. The full campaign, daily challenge, ladder, skins, achievements, sound, haptics, and accessibility controls all work without advertising.
A readable deduction loop that grows from quick locks into difficult vaults.
Rewards, customization, sound, and accessibility give the game a finished rhythm.
Offline play, opt-in competition, and one permanent purchase replace pressure tactics.
